The building, situated one block east of Reseda Boulevard, was a formerly used as automotive repair but will now be converted into office space. Both Jon Paley and Camille Paley handled the sale on behalf of the Seller and were able to achieve a staggering $657.00 per square foot for the fifty year old structure. The transaction proved extremely challenging due to the fact there had been an underground storage tank at the site and even though it had been removed, the original lender expressed concerns and ended backing out at the last moment. The Buyer was in the process of cancelling the escrow, when we were able to quickly locate replacement SBA Financier who successfully funded the transaction.
