Office is defined as buildings which are used to house companies in a clerical-type work environment.
Industrial is used for Warehousing, Distribution, and Manufacturing purposes.
Medical is defined as Hospitals, Doctor’s offices, Surgery Centers, etc.
Multi-Residential refers to Apartment Buildings.
Mixed-Use is a combination of any of the above, but is typically referred to a Retail, Office, and Multi-Residential properties which is becoming extremely popular in urban areas where there are traffic and over-crowding issues.
