Jon Paley is the President and licensed Broker of Paley Commercial Real Estate. Prior to forming Paley Commercial Real Estate, Jon worked for ten years with one of California’s most prominent real estate firms in their Los Angeles office quickly becoming one of their top agents.

Jon’s expertise lies in the selling, leasing, managing, and financing of commercial property throughout Los Angeles. He has been active in the commercial real estate community for over two decades as one of the areas top-producing Brokers. His experience with Developers, Landlords, and Tenants has demonstrated a broad and multi-faceted knowledge of this particular marketplace.

Jon aims to provide the highest quality service to all his clients, which have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to newly established businesses, as well as major landowners to owners of only one property. He strives for a complete understanding of every client’s needs and objectives in each transaction no matter how large or how small .

Jon was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley attending Taft High School in Woodland Hills, and graduating college from California State University Northridge

Jon has participated in the Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Agoura, and Reseda Chambers of Commerce. In addition, he has served as a board member of the Girl Scouts and YMCA San Fernando Valley chapters.

Jon has presented commercial topics to various groups and associations, and has been quoted in the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Business Journal, Daily News, and various other trade publications.
